This week we paused

Hello Happy Honey Pot friends!.

Last week was going to be the official release of our new project – The Happy Honey Pot blog, but we decided to go mute. We decided we didn’t want to post new content on social media and rather than continue to speak and share our voices to pause, learn, and listen.

We are still continuing to educate ourselves and listen much more deeply than we ever have before. This is a big time in history and we get to show up and grow through this time so we can support others in a bigger and much more connected way.

If you are reading this and don’t know where to start on the journey of learning about anti-racism we will share a few amazing teachers we are diving deeply into:
Rachel Cargle, Nova Reid, and Ibram X. Kendi.

Brene Brown has an incredible podcast episode with Ibram X. Kendi.

We are also reading the book Me and White Supremacy by Layla F. Saad.

There are so many more amazing people doing work in this area, but these are a few of our favorite resources.

The Happy Honey Pot began with two women who wanted to lift others up and encourage every woman to spend time pouring deeply into their own well being. We strive to be a company that gathers community- a community where everyone is allowed to show up exactly as they are. We will meet you where you are and simply be here to listen, laugh, and do self-care with you- especially as our events open back up!

We are here and will be allowing this blog to unfold however we are called to be of service as the weeks move forward. If you would like certain topics covered please feel free to DM us on instagram or write us at
